KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Follow coding standards and quality measures
* Support software development projects and platforms
* Contribute to implementation, unit testing and integration
* Apply apprenticeship learning to real-world applications
* Test code according to team/project guidelines
* Work collaboratively with assigned teams

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering & related fields
* Must not be currently enrolled in an academic program
* Less than 1 year of experience in Software Application Development
* Programming knowledge in at least one coding language
* Ability and willingness to learn programming languages based on project requirements

PREFERRED SKILLS:

* Experience with Google Workspace or similar productivity tools
* Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
* Good communication and organizational skills
* Self-motivated and positive attitude
* Passion for new technologies
* Personal projects demonstrating technical interest and willingness to learn

IMPORTANT:

This is a 12-month apprenticeship program.
This is NOT a full-time permanent opportunity.
Apprentices are expected to work full-time, approximately 40 hours per week.
The program includes tailored training as well as hands-on project experience.
20% of the time is dedicated to training, with the remaining time spent on projects with assigned teams.
Selected candidates must work from the assigned office location.
Location transfer is not permitted after onboarding.
The role is not eligible for compensation negotiation.
