WHAT WILL YOU DO?

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor’s degree in any field
* Maximum 1 year of relevant Data Analytics experience after graduation
* Experience using Google Workspace such as Gmail, Chrome, Docs and Sheets, or similar applications
* Ability to communicate effectively in English and understand training documentation and presentations

PREFERRED SKILLS:

* Interest in Data Analytics, numbers and patterns
* Basic understanding of SQL
* Good problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to handle ambiguous tasks and identify suitable solutions
* Knowledge of more than one Indian regional language

IMPORTANT:

This is a 24-month apprenticeship program and is NOT a full-time permanent opportunity.
Apprentices are expected to work full-time, approximately 40 hours per week, from the assigned office.
The program includes training as well as hands-on project experience with the assigned team.
20% of the time is dedicated to a tailored training program, with the remaining time spent on projects.
Selected candidates must work from the assigned location.
Location transfer is not permitted after onboarding.
Relocation assistance is provided for candidates moving more than 100 km to their matched office location.
There is no compensation negotiation for this role.
