Eligibility:
* Open to Persons with Mild Disabilities who can work independently without assistive assistance.

* BCA, B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech, or B.Sc. (Computer Science/IT).

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first-level technical support to end users.
* Troubleshoot, software, operating system, and basic network issues.
* Install, configure, and maintain systems and applications.
* Escalate complex issues to higher support teams when required.
* Deliver excellent customer support while maintaining service quality.

Required Skills:
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Good technical troubleshooting and analytical skills.
* Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Networking, Active Directory, and MS Office.
•Customer focused attitude with a willingness to learn.
* Flexible to work in night shifts.
