Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate Tribal ITI engagement, admissions, placements, infrastructure support, and industry visits.
* Work with schools and NGO partners supporting visually impaired students.
* Manage scholarship programs, including applications, documentation, student communication, interviews, and payment coordination.
* Monitor project outcomes, prepare MIS reports, documentation, and impact reports.
* Coordinate with finance, legal, procurement, technology, and internal teams.
* Organize volunteer engagement activities, meetings, and stakeholder interactions.
* Build partnerships with government agencies, academic institutions, and community organizations. 1
Eligibility:
* Only candidates with *mild disabilities who can work independently without assistive assistance*.
* Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Education, Development Studies, or a related field.
* 2–3 years of experience in CSR, community development, affirmative action, or social impact projects.
* Strong stakeholder coordination and project management skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of data analysis tools is an added advantage.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Willingness to travel to rural and semi-urban project locations. 2
