About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Support Associates to join our team through an apprenticeship program. This role provides hands-on experience in customer service with opportunities for long-term career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer queries over the phone (no sales targets).
Provide accurate, timely information and solutions.
Maintain customer satisfaction by resolving queries effectively.
Follow communication protocols and policies.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Work Conditions:
9-hour shifts (including 1-hour break).
6-day work week with rotational shifts (24/7 environment).
Shifts include day and late evening/night timings.
Drop-off service provided for shifts ending after 9:30 PM.
Stipend & Benefits
Stipend Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Training & Certification program (3 weeks – mandatory, no leave allowed).
Certificate upon successful completion.
