KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist customers with arrival and departure procedures
• Handle reservations and ticketing
• Answer customer queries over the telephone
• Support check-in counter operations
• Assist customers with special requests
• Handle lost, mishandled and damaged baggage cases
• Coordinate with baggage vendors and relevant stations
• Complete required flight reports and documentation
• Follow all safety, security and operational procedures
