ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for Telecallers / Tele-sales Executives to make outbound calls to provided leads, explain products/services, generate interest, and book demos or appointments for the sales team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Make outbound calls to provided leads
• Explain products/services clearly to customers
• Generate interest and book demos/appointments
• Record call details and outcomes in the CRM
• Send WhatsApp follow-ups when required
• Follow up on callbacks and interested customers
• Achieve daily call and demo targets

REQUIREMENTS
• Fluent Kannada with working knowledge of Hindi and English
• 0–2 years of experience in Tele-calling / Tele-sales
• Freshers with good communication skills can apply
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
• Basic smartphone and computer skills
• Target-oriented and confident communication
• BPO / Tele-sales experience is an advantage
