Role Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for the role of Tele RM / Sales Manager – Tele RM. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, generating sales opportunities, and promoting banking and financial products over calls.
This role is ideal for candidates with prior experience in telesales, BPO, BFSI, or banking sectors who possess strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
* Promote banking and financial products to prospective customers.
* Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
* Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.
* Achieve sales and productivity targets.
* Ensure accurate documentation and follow-up with customers.
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.
Eligibility Criteria:
* Any Graduate.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in:
– BPO
– BFSI
– Banking
– Tele Sales / Tele Calling
* Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* Basic knowledge of banking and financial products is preferred.
