Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
1 Provide regular feedback, coaching, and training
2 Develop and implement effective sales and business strategies
3 Ensure excellent client handling and maintain strong customer relationships
4 Track progress using reports and performance metrics
5 Resolve team issues, conflicts, and escalations efficiently
6 Coordinate with management for business updates, targets, and improvements
7 Maintain discipline, productivity, and a positive work culture within the team
8 Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new team members
Requirements:
1 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
2 Minimum 1–2 years of experience in team handling or leadership role
3 Strong leadership and decision-making skills
4 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
6 Good knowledge of sales processes and client management
7 Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage
