Role Overview

Seeking a skilled and motivated Full-Stack Developer to design, develop, and enhance scalable software applications. The role involves implementing applications following 12-factor principles, contributing across front-end and back-end systems, and working within a DevOps-driven development environment.

The ideal candidate will actively participate in agile decision-making, practice test-driven development, and collaborate with cross-functional global teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and reliable software solutions.

Required Skills & Technical Expertise

  • Proficiency in ReactJS and/or Angular
  • Strong programming experience in C#
  • 2–3 years of experience working with Microsoft Azure Web Apps
  • Experience with AWS development and deployment (preferred)
  • 1–2 years of experience with MS SQL Server or Azure SQL
  • Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native development
  • Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and paired programming
  • Exposure to SecDevOps practices for secure development lifecycle
  • Strong problem-solving and collaborative communication skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable full-stack applications
  • Follow 12-factor app methodology for modern application development
  • Practice daily paired programming and test-driven development
  • Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-up meetings
  • Contribute to architectural and technology decisions
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for smooth software releases
  • Support deployed software in user environments
  • Apply coding best practices to maintain high-quality standards
  • Implement security best practices across the development lifecycle
  • Provide timely updates on tasks within DevOps systems

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree (4-year program preferred)
  • 2+ years of relevant full-stack development experience
  • Equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience will be considered
