Software Engineer Consultant I – Full Stack (Cloud & DevOps Focus | Product-Based Experience Mandatory)
Location: Pune

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and performance-driven Full Stack Software Engineer with strong experience in product-based organizations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in modern front-end and back-end technologies, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices, with the ability to build scalable, secure, and high-quality applications following 12-factor principles.
This role demands a proactive professional who thrives in collaborative environments and actively contributes to architecture decisions, cloud deployment strategies, and secure development practices.
Mandatory Experience Requirement
Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in a Product-Based Company
Hands-on experience in building and enhancing production-grade applications
Experience working in Agile and DevOps-driven environments
Core Technical Skills (Must Have)
Front-End Development
Strong proficiency in ReactJS
Strong proficiency in Angular
Experience building responsive and scalable UI applications
Back-End Development
Strong programming experience in C#
Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles
Cloud Technologies
Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Web Apps
Working knowledge of Azure SQL
Experience in AWS development and deployment (Added advantage)
Database Management
1–2 years of experience with MS SQL Server / Azure SQL
Strong knowledge of database design, query optimization, and performance tuning
DevOps & Engineering Practices
Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) / Continuous Deployment (CD)
Hands-on experience with DevOps pipelines
Strong understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD)
Exposure to SecDevOps best practices
Familiarity with 12-Factor App methodology
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable full-stack applications
Implement software using paired programming and TDD practices
Collaborate in daily stand-ups (site and cross-site teams)
Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments
Follow DevOps deployment processes to ensure seamless releases
Apply coding best practices to maintain high-quality standards
Implement secure coding and SecDevOps principles
Provide production support and coordinate issue resolution
Actively contribute to team knowledge sharing and technical improvements
Education:
4-Year Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered
