Finance Executive
Location: Silvassa (Gujarat) | Haridwar (Uttarakhand) | Jharsuguda (Odisha)
Job Type: Full-Time
Contract: Minimum 1-year mandatory contract
Open for any Mild disabilities and Locomotor Disability
Looking for a Finance Executive to support finance and accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
√ Data entry of financial records including bills, materials, services, and non-PO invoices.
√ Invoice booking and processing in the system.
√ Creation and management of workflow processes for finance operations.
√ Handling documentation of domestic supply (advance & open).
√ Handling documentation of export supply (advance & open).
√ Uploading and maintaining documents in partner portals and internal systems.
√ Managing financial documentation and records for compliance.
√ Monitoring scrap weighment and perpetual inventory records.
√ Supporting the finance team with day-to-day accounting and documentation activities.
Educational Qualification
B.Com, BBA, MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
Skills Required
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel
* Basic knowledge of SAP or finance systems
* Good English and Hindi communication skills

Salary
₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Net Take Home)
Approx 3 – 3.5 lpa
Salary will depend on candidate profile and Experience
