Hiring: Admissions Counsellor
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
√ Provide detailed information about programs to prospective learners through phone, email, chat, and social media
√ Communicate with potential candidates and understand their learning needs
√ Generate and manage leads, follow up with prospects, and convert leads into enrollments
√ Handle a high volume of calls and maintain professional communication with prospective learners
√ Identify references through the existing customer base to strengthen the sales pipeline
√ Follow the inside sales process and maintain proper data records
√ Handle objections and price negotiations to close sales successfully
√ Maintain communication with learners until the onboarding process is completed
√ Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets
