About the Role
Seeking an enthusiastic IT Helpdesk Apprentice to provide first-level support for employees. You will troubleshoot, install software/hardware, and manage IT assets. This role offers excellent career growth in IT support.

Key Responsibilities
– Provide L1 IT support for laptops, desktops, and related devices
– Install, upgrade & troubleshoot Windows 11, MS Office 365, and other software
– Manage IT assets, issue laptops, collect from resigned staff, and coordinate replacements
– Perform antivirus updates, OS patching, encryption (BitLocker), and maintenance tasks
– Assist in discarding old IT assets, ensuring data security through degaussing
– Support remote collaboration tools like Zoom, Teams, WebEx

Requirements
– Graduate in BSC IT / BCA or equivalent)
– Good written & verbal communication skills
– Strong knowledge of MS Office, Excel, M365
– Basic understanding of hardware/software troubleshooting
– Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and proactive learner

– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
– Comfortable interacting with teams and seniors
– Problem-solving mindset with eagerness to learn
