Job Description

Position: Paramedics (Aviation Safety)

Role Overview:
We are hiring Paramedics to support the Flight Safety department. This role involves providing medical assistance, safety monitoring, and ensuring compliance with aviation health and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide first aid and paramedic support in aviation operations
Assist in maintaining health and safety standards
Support flight safety documentation and compliance
Coordinate with operational teams during emergencies

Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Organized and detail-oriented
Open to work in shifts and relocate pan-India

Qualifications & Experience:
B.Sc Nursing / GNM with relevant certification
0–5 years of experience in paramedic/nursing roles

Disability Inclusion:

Locomotor/Low vision/Thalassemia/Dwarfism ; percentage is not specified (forty percent for candidates with low vision)
Eligibility and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (aviation-related preferred) ; we will shortlist the CVs as per the open roles.
Location: Gurgaon
Compensation: 3LPA – 8LPA (depends on experience and current CTC)
