Eligibility:

• Candidates willing to work from the assigned location.

Education:
• B.E./B.Tech – Computer Science, IT or related fields
• BCA / B.Sc. Computer Science / IT
• MCA / M.Tech in relevant disciplines

Skills Required:
• Basic understanding of ServiceNow concepts is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript.
• Understanding of databases and SQL fundamentals.
• Basic knowledge of web technologies such as HTML and CSS.
• Understanding of SDLC and software development fundamentals.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Role & Learning:
• Learn and develop applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Work with ServiceNow modules, workflows and configurations.
• Develop and maintain scripts under guidance.
• Support testing and troubleshooting.
• Work with APIs and integrations at a basic level.
• Follow development and documentation standards.
• Gain hands-on experience through real-world projects.
