Job Description

Academic Qualification: Arts and Science graduate (BCom, BBA, BA, BSc in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Statistics, Physiology, BCA, Visual Communication, BHM, MA, MCom, MSc)
Responsibility:

  • Ensure charge integrity by overseeing team performance in charging, collections, deletions, and additions, supported by appropriate documentation and responsive to complaints.

Implement various edits in PIC (Prescription Integrity Check) related to charge and claim information:

  • oMissing Charge/Info
  • oCharge Validation
  • oIncorrect Charge/Info
  • oDuplicate Charge Review, etc.
    Compliance:Awareness and adherence to all applicable organizational policies and procedures, including information security, HIPAA, and HR policies.
