Job Description

Management Trainee – Cybersecurity / AI (MBA + B.Tech)

Full-Time Position
Location: Bangalore

Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Requirements (Mandatory)
MBA/PGDM from a recognized premier business school.
Specialization must include Cybersecurity, AI, GenAI or related subjects.
B.Tech degree in Computer Science Engineering (CSE) or Information Technology (IT).
Minimum 60% or equivalent CGPA in MBA/PGDM/PGPM.
Work Experience: (Mandatory)
Minimum 1 year of real-time IT experience.
Experience can be in Cybersecurity, Software Development, IT operations, or related domains.
Flexibility may be considered based on overall profile, but professional experience is required.
Preferred Skills:
Exposure to Cybersecurity practices such as:
Risk assessment
Network security
Incident response
Security operations
Understanding of AI/GenAI applications in IT security is an added advantage.
