Eligibility:
* Only candidates with Locomotor Disability.
* 15+ years of experience in Video Production, Motion Graphics, or Creative Design.
* Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Film, Design, Media, Animation, or a related field.
* Strong portfolio demonstrating leadership in video and motion graphics projects.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead video and motion graphics strategy and creative direction.
* Manage large-scale creative campaigns across digital platforms.
* Mentor and lead creative teams.
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders and global teams.
* Drive innovation using modern production technologies and AI tools.
* Manage creative operations, budgets, and external production partners.
