Key Skillsets
1. Strong knowledge of client onboarding & documentation processes
2. Understanding of cash management / trade finance operations
3. Good analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Attention to detail in documentation and verification
5. Ability to work in a global team environment
6. Basic understanding of banking systems / workflows

Experience Required
1. 2 – 5 years of experience in Cash Management / Trade Finance / Implementation roles
2. Experience in documentation handling and client onboarding
3. Exposure to banking systems or IT systems is an advantage

Education
Graduate (any discipline) or equivalent professional experience

Key Responsibilities
1. Support client implementation and onboarding processes
2. Handle account opening, closure, and amendment documentation
3. Coordinate with internal teams for system setup and execution
4. Perform documentation checks, verification, and archival
5. Assist in testing, system setup, and implementation workflows
6. Resolve client queries and escalate issues when required
7. Maintain records using internal case management tools
