Location: Mumbai, India

Key Responsibilities
1. Support P&L reporting, validation, and analysis
2. Assist in month-end ledger close & journal postings
3. Prepare Revenue Flash & variance analysis
4. Perform Balance Sheet substantiation & financial disclosures
5. Work closely with business managers and finance stakeholders
6. Support audit requirements and internal controls

Skillsets Required
1. Good understanding of accounting concepts & P&L
2. Ability to analyze financial data and explain variances
3. Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint

Education
Commerce Graduate / B.Com
MBA (Finance) preferred

Experience
1. 0–3 years of experience in Finance / Accounting / Banking domain
2. Exposure to financial reporting, ledger, or P&L analysis is preferred
