Role Summary
We are hiring a CLM (Client Lifecycle Management) Specialist to support client onboarding, KYC/AML processes, and periodic client reviews within Private Banking. The role involves working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client lifecycle management and compliance.
Key Skillsets
1. Strong knowledge of KYC, AML, and Source of Wealth (SoW)
2. Understanding of client onboarding & account lifecycle processes
3. Good analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Attention to detail and quality check of documentation
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
6. Basic process & project management skills
Experience Required
1. 2–4 years experience in Banking / Financial Services
2. Hands-on experience in KYC / AML / CLM / Account Documentation
3. Exposure to regulatory environment & compliance processes
Education
Degree in Banking / Finance / Accountancy / Business Administration
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage client onboarding & account opening processes
2. Perform KYC reviews (Periodic & Event-based)
3. Ensure accuracy and completeness of client documentation
4. Coordinate with teams like AFC, Compliance, and Front Office
5. Track, monitor, and escalate cases within SLA
6. Support AML/KYC advisory and process improvements
