Role Overview
1. Part of the Planning & Performance.
2. Management (PPM) team within Finance
3. Supports strategic planning, financial analysis, and performance tracking across divisions
4. Works closely with senior management to deliver insights on business performance and strategy execution

Key Responsibilities
1. Support monthly performance tracking (actuals, forecasts, and plans)
2. Assist in preparing performance review decks, reports, and management notes
3. Analyze financial and business data to generate insights on revenue drivers and trends
4. Support performance review meetings and track action items
5. Conduct ad-hoc analysis and challenge business performance where required
6. Contribute to automation and process improvements (including AI tools)

Skillset Required
1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
2. Good understanding of financial performance and business metrics
3. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
4. Knowledge of AI tools / automation is an advantage

Experience Required
0–3 years of relevant experience in:
Financial analysis / performance management
Banking, finance, or consulting domains (preferred)

Freshers with strong analytical skills can also be considered

Education
Degree in Economics / Finance / Accounting / Business or related field
