Relevant Experience
4–6 years of experience in:
Operational Risk / Risk Management
Accounting / Financial Control
Banking or Financial Services industry

Experience in:
• Financial reporting risk analysis
• Control frameworks and audit processes
• Identifying and resolving control gaps

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting / Commerce / related field

Preferred: MBA (Finance) / Chartered Accountant / Risk-related certifications

Key Responsibilities
Review and manage financial reporting risks
Support SOx and control frameworks
Identify control gaps and suggest improvements
Perform risk analysis and reporting
Work with stakeholders to ensure compliance
Monitor and improve risk & control processes
