Introduction 

BFSI stands for the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sector. It includes universal banks that provide a range of financial services or companies that operate in one or more of these financial sectors. BFSI comprises commercial banks, insurance companies, non-banking financial companies, cooperatives, pensions funds, mutual funds and other smaller financial entities.

The Banking part of BFSI may include core banking, retail, private, corporate, investment and cards. Financial services may include stock-broking, payment gateways, mutual funds. Insurance covers both life insurance and general insurance. After completion of course the student will have understanding of relevant basic concepts and principles in banking and insurance ,basic concepts in Business Operation & Administration, principles of working of Basic Marketing & Accounting, knowledge of Retail & Finance and Risk Management practices, concepts and principles used in Depository Operations & Entrepreneurship.

This crash course is designed for People with Disabilities who has completed the graduation and post-graduation in commerce stream. The program offers close to 80 hrs of learning in Banking, Securities Markets, and Insurance.
