Role Type: Consultant / Contract

We are looking for a Sign Language Interpreter to support communication between management teams and Deaf / Hard of Hearing employees in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Interpret Indian Sign Language (ISL) between employees and management.
* Support communication on the shop floor, meetings, and daily operations.
* Assist during training sessions, safety briefings, and team discussions.
* Help employees communicate grievances and workplace concerns with HR and supervisors.
* Support inclusive workplace communication.
* Required Skills & Experience
* Strong knowledge of Indian Sign Language (ISL).
* Experience working with Deaf / Hard of Hearing individuals.
* Ability to interpret technical and workplace instructions clearly.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Experience in manufacturing / industrial environment more than 2 years is mandatory.
