Job Description
Location: Pune
Role Overview:
We are hiring a Service Desk Executive to provide first-level IT support and assist users with technical issues via calls, emails, and chat.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming IT support requests from users
* Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues
* Log, track, and resolve tickets within defined SLAs
* Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate technical teams
* Ensure clear and professional communication with end users
Requirements:
* Good English communication skills (mandatory)
* Basic knowledge of computers, operating systems, MS Office
* Willingness to work in a customer support / IT support environment
* Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply
Education:
* Any Graduate or Diploma (IT / Computer Science or related field preferred)
* Open only for Persons with Mild Disabilities
