Job Description

Location: Delhi NCR
CTC: ₹1.8 – ₹2.4 LPA
Eligibility:
Open to candidates with mild disabilities from any Bachelor’s degree; candidates with a technical background are preferred.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an immediate joiner for the role of Program Coordinator Consultant to support PwD hiring initiatives. The role involves coordination, candidate mobilisation, and placement support for open positions for Persons with Disabilities (PwDs).

Key Responsibilities:

– Coordinate with NGOs, Universities, and training partners
– Support mobilisation of PwD candidates for job opportunities
– Assist in screening, documentation, and interview coordination
– Support placement tracking and post-placement follow-ups
– Provide on-ground and virtual coordination support as required

Educational Background:

– Any Bachelor’s degree
– Technical background preferred (Engineering / IT / Diploma / equivalent)
– Freshers are welcome to apply
