​Location: Gurgaon
​Experience: 2-3 years in email and voice processes, preferably in customer grievance handling.
​Education: Graduate in any discipline.
​Core Role: Promptly respond to customer complaints/queries via email/phone, conduct outbound calls for resolution, and collaborate with departments (Airport, Finance).
​Key Skills: Proficient in English and Hindi (verbal/written); must be comfortable with rotational shifts and rotational offs (including night shift).
