Key Responsibilities

– Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and professional approach.
– Handle ticket sales and answer customer queries regarding show timings and seating.
– Support concession counter operations by serving food and beverages.
– Maintain cleanliness of auditoriums, lobby, concession area, and common spaces.
– Assist customers in finding seats and ensure a smooth movie experience.
– Monitor safety, security, and follow emergency procedures when required.
– Handle cash transactions accurately and assist with daily sales reconciliation.
– Work closely with the cinema team during daily operations, events, and promotions.

Eligibility

– Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / Higher Secondary or above.
– Previous customer service experience is an added advantage.
– Good communication and interpersonal skills.
– Basic computer knowledge.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
– Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
