Job Description

Location: Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore & Chennai
Employment Type: Full-Time / Internship
Preference: Local Candidates Preferred
Eligibility: Only for Persons with Disabilities (PwD) – Locomotor Disability / Limb Impairment

Key Responsibilities

– Handle customer queries through phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
– Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.
– Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
– Maintain records of customer interactions and update systems accurately.
– Follow up on customer requests to ensure timely resolution.
– Deliver a positive customer experience and maintain service quality standards.
– Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns effectively.
– Adhere to company policies, processes, and customer service guidelines.

Required Skills

– Good verbal and written communication skills.
– Customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
– Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
– Ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
– Problem-solving and active listening skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility Criteria

– Graduate or Final-Year Student from any discipline.
– Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
– Good communication skills in English and local language preferred.
