Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design process from concept to implementation, creating intuitive and engaging user experiences.

Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.

Champion user-centered design principles across the organization.

Provide design direction and mentorship to junior team members.

Collaborate with product management to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.

Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes for web and mobile applications.

Design responsive interfaces across devices and screen sizes.

Translate designs into high-quality, performant front-end code using modern frameworks.

Develop reusable UI components and libraries aligned with the design system.

Optimize front-end performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.

Conduct usability testing and address user feedback.

Research emerging trends and propose innovative design solutions.

Required Skills:

✅ Expert proficiency in JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)

✅ Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, and responsive design principles

✅ Strong experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools

✅ Proficiency in creating interactive prototypes and design systems

✅ Familiarity with front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel) and version control (Git)

✅ Solid understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG)

✅ Experience integrating RESTful APIs and back-end services

✅ Knowledge of state management solutions (Redux, Context API, MobX)

✅ Experience with TypeScript and modern testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress)

✅ Strong visual design sensibility and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.

Relevant certifications in UX design or front-end development.

Experience working in cross-functional teams.
