Job Description

Joint Business Relationships (JBRs): The primary objective of a JBR research is to help the
teams/PRIs decide on the permissibility of any business relationship based on 2 major aspects
namely Independence status of the JBR entity/ individual and their related entities/affiliations
Adverse risk research on the JBR entity/individual and their related subjects.

Key Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of a Risk Research include but is not limited to the following:
• Conduct Client Due Diligence (CDD)
Conduct adverse data search on entities/individuals
• Conduct background research on prospective clients and event driven continuances
• Identify and assess adverse findings in according with established criteria and
guidelines
• Arrive at appropriate risk level recommendations, based on findings
• Document and summarize research findings in Risk Research reports into meaningful responses
identified sources to locate the information required.
• Reviewing the work done by peers
