Job Description

As Captain, you will be responsible for leading all downstream, delivery related operations in your hub.
Your performance would be measured on key parameters such as delivery SLA, customer satisfaction,
inventory accuracy, people retention etc.

Role will include:

• Leading last mile deliveries of the aligned Hub
• Enhancing the customer experience.
• Headcount planning
• Mentoring Delivery Centre Staff
• Liaising with multiple teams, such as Customer Service, Maintenance, IT , Quality and HO for
smooth operations

Required skills

E-commerce FMCG Inventory Management Logistics Stakeholder management. Team Management skills
