Job Description
Job Purpose:
To ensure safe, timely, and efficient ground operations while delivering quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Reservations & Ticketing:
Handle reservations and ticket sales at the counter
Manage cash remittance to the concerned department
Respond to customer queries via telephone
Departures:
Attend flight briefings
Set up and manage check-in counters
Screen baggage and ensure smooth check-in process
Assist with customer special requests
Arrivals:
Support customers with special needs
Handle mishandled or lost baggage issues
Coordinate with baggage vendors and follow-ups
Post-Flight:
File flight-related documents
Perform other tasks as assigned by management
