Process Description
The Claim Payments Team issues checks for repair, estimate, and rental for Allstate customers and claimants involved in an accident with Allstate policy holders. Â
Tow Only Losses: Establish Tow Only first notice of losses via Next Gen using imaged invoices and issues reimbursement to policy holders. Â
ITEL Payments:Â Issue expense payments to ITEL Industries (property flooring vendor).

Process Description
The process involves Investigation of funds and processing exceptions, Issuing payments, Reviewing legal documents/police reports, Issuing demand packages, Document indexing, etc. depending on the request received from Allstate and or on behalf to other carriers for claims in which an Allstate policy holder has been involved and caused a loss for their company / their policy holder.Â
