Job Description

As an Analyst in USI supporting GFS, you will focus on following areas:
 Application of accounting principles and procedures to analyze financial information, prepare accurate/timely
financial reports & statements and ensure appropriate accounting control procedures.
 Perform financial operational reconciliations including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow analysis
 Perform monthly account reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner.
 Maintenance of financial records (including analysis of revenues & expenses) in compliance with accepted firm
policies and procedures
 Assist in periodic, monthly, quarterly and year end book closure
 Preparation of journal entries and other general ledger operations
 Preparation of balance sheet account reconciliations and analysis
 Performing daily support activities associated with the member firms
 Following up on reconciliation open items and clearing them in General Ledgers
 Work as a team to achieve Service Level Agreement for the process and individual targets; and work towards
process improvement activities.
 Focus on performance to meet expected levels in terms of daily quantity and quality standards of work.
 Support identification and integration of any new technology like SAP, Blackline, etc. (including the
enhancement of platforms for Collections, Finance & Accounting and Billing functions).
 Working on AO reports and provide analysis on Aged Debt Report, Missing Time report, Head Count Report,
Risk analysis, Chargebacks & Adjustments, etc.,
 Liaising and collaborating with other members of the internal finance team and the Business
