Description
This course improves voicing pronunciation, accent neutralization, Grammar vocabulary phrases and correcting language conversational skills. It helps to build creative speaking, flow building and manner of the communication. Course also teaches a skill which are required to perform call centre jobs such as telephone etiquette, customer handling skill, Conflict handling skill, Script handing skills, Communication Skills .
Course objective
The core objective of the course is to build communication skills, provide customer service training and prepare learner for call centre jobs.
