ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for candidates to support back-office operations, data management, documentation, reporting, and coordination activities. The role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to manage tasks within defined timelines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Manage and update records, databases, and operational documents.
* Perform data entry, verification, and quality checks.
* Prepare and maintain reports and trackers.
* Process and organize documents as per defined procedures.
* Coordinate with internal teams for required information and updates.
* Track pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
* Follow standard processes, quality checks, and data confidentiality requirements.
* Identify discrepancies and escalate issues when required.

EDUCATION

* Graduate in any discipline.
* Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or related backgrounds preferred.

EXPERIENCE

* Minimum 6 months of experience in Back Office Operations, Data Processing, Operations Support, Banking Operations, or a similar role.
